NoViro - complete set
The complete NoViro set consists of 5 parts:
- 2 thermoplastic polyurethane frames (a flexible plastic to absorb any shocks)
- a set of 3 FFP2 type filters which blocks 99% of viruses and bacteria
NoViro acts as a barrier, on the one hand by filtering viruses and bacteria thanks to the filter when the equine is contaminated but also, by preventing a healthy equine from coming into contact with soiled surfaces.

"Thermoplastic Polyurethane", TPU, is often referred to as the plastic of rubbers or the rubbers of plastics, one in between. This means that it is very soft to the touch, elastic, and flexible, but at the same time extremely durable and strong.
The TPU that we use in our products offers great resistance to wear, temperatures and high elasticity. It also has excellent resistance to solvents, oils, and greases.
TPU is considered to be a green product with a low carbon footprint despite its increased durability.

TPU is more environmentally friendly than most other plastics and rubbers. This is a modern product that is much more environmentally friendly than its alternatives; TPU is recyclable and biodegradable in 3 to 5 years. - TPU has good heat resistance.
TPU has good heat resistance, which means it won't melt or deform when exposed to high heat sources. TPU can withstand ambient temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius (its softening point is 120°C) can exceed 120°! - TPU is durable
The TPU is abrasion resistant. This resistance allows it to retain its appearance and physical integrity in the event of scratches or scrapes. TPU is one of the strongest materials on the market. Its composition is very strong, which means that it is very difficult to break it under normal circumstances. It would take considerable force, far greater than what we encounter on a daily basis, to break our TPU. The TPU we use can also withstand impacts and is resistant to many chemicals. - The TPU is extremely flexible and soft to the touch
Due to its elasticity, it lends itself without problems to the absorption of shocks, blows or impacts. - TPU is a non-toxic and 100% food safe material.
The TPU does not contain any chemicals that interfere with the endocrine and hormonal systems. It also does not contribute to PH change in soil or water. It does not contain any hazardous ingredients according to REACH compliance (EC) n° 1907/2006. - TPU has high liquid resistance
The TPU is resistant to water and humidity, which reduces the possibility of creating bacterial outbreaks. It is also oil, grease and stain resistant; making it ideal for maintaining its appearance while protecting items from liquids.
